Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin - Institut für Philosophie

WOGAP Berlin

WOGAP Berlin (short for Workshop on Gender and Philosophy) aims to bring together a group of researchers, mainly based in the Berlin area, who are interested in feminist philosophy broadly conceived. WOGAP Berlin gets its name from, and is modelled after, a similar workshop based at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. We plan to meet once per month at Humboldt University Berlin (at the moment, we are planning to use a hybrid format), usually on the last Friday of the month. In the workshops we will discuss work in progress in feminist philosophy by speakers whose papers will be circulated beforehand; unless explicitly announced otherwise, the papers and discussion will be in English.  We also plan to provide drinks and snacks and to create a space for feminist (and other) exchange and encounter after the discussion.

If you are interested in participating in the workshop and/or in receiving other announcements on feminist philosophy in Berlin, please send an email to and we will put you on the mailing list.

The meetings take place in person at Schönhauser Allee 10-11 (Room 3.25)
